Spaghetti Face

Abby had some chef boyardee tonight, here is the spaghetti face.

"Yeah - I'm trying to get as messy as is humanly possible..."

"Mmm smooshy noodles..."

"And.. I'm spent...... you can clean me up now"

On the Abby news front, she has been waving for a few weeks now, and just tonight I think she might be saying 'hi da... (hi dad)" when she does it. Cool eh?

Stone Zoo

Admission at the Stone Zoo was free on Friday so we took the kids for a quick walk through.

It had to be quick because it was seriously cold out on Friday. The poor Stone Zoo, someone should donate some money to fix it up a bit, it is not looking so great these days.

Thanksgiving at Chez-Miskell

We celebrated Thanksgiving with the usual feast at Granny and Gramp's house.

The spoils included:
4 Turkeys - 3 Roasted, 1 deep fried
Lots of veggie side dishes including a new favorite - Mashed Candied Sweet potatoes by Stacey Miskell
Indonesian Fried Rice
The usual pies (apple, cranberry, pumpkin) and everyone's favorite - Cherry Cheesecake
1 Harley Davidson Motercycle viewing - thanks to Wesley
& finally..
1 hole of golf played by the brave Miskells trying to burn off some of the above

Happy Thanksgiving

Abby is really into pushing her walking toy lately. I think she will be walking by January but we will have to wait and see. She also babbles a lot more and you can have whole conversations with her without actually speaking any words.

Here's my little indian (I mean native american) in her daycare thanksgiving project. Pardon the blanket of yellow leaves in our front yard, they all decided to fall off the tree on the same windy afternoon.

Fritz is in the house

Tighe's best man and our dear friend Fritz came to visit this weekend. His trips here are always a whirlwind: he showed up on the red eye from Seattle, we partied with NUHOCers and then we dropped him off at the train station the next day.
